Processing & Fulfillment Time

All products are made to order. Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters processing. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and fulfillment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

After fulfillment, your order will typically arrive within 3–4 business days (Standard U.S. shipping)

In total, most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days from the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
