About Dr. Lysondra J. Hardy

As the CEO and founder of Legacy Leaver Foundation International, Inc. (LLFI) and Legacy Leaver, Inc., she leads a mission-driven effort to empower individuals and youth as future leaders. LLFI, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is dedicated to restoring communities by fostering leadership, social responsibility, and service. Through education and empowerment, the organization equips individuals to rebuild and revitalize neighborhoods, leaving a lasting legacy of transformation and hope for generations to come.
The Heart of Driving Purpose and Transformation
After overcoming a life-threatening blood clot that led to becoming a below-the-knee (BTK) amputee, Dr, Lysondra J. Hardy emerged with an unwavering vigilance to the call on her life. Her journey of resilience has fueled her passion for empowering others, proving that challenges are not limitations but opportunities to inspire, lead, and create lasting impact.
At the heart of Legacy Leaver Foundation International, Inc. is the mission to restore, develop, and position leaders to pass the baton of excellence in leadership, education, finances, business, family, and generational wealth. Dr. Hardy is passionate about inspiring others to reach their highest potential and finds joy in encouraging, equipping, and developing leaders to become restorative and impactful change agents in the world and their communities.
