Event Setup & Takedown Crew
Be part of the team that sets the tone for the event! Assist with arranging chairs, tables, signage, décor, and equipment before the event begins—and help reset and pack down afterward to leave the space clean and restored.
Production and Media Support
Support the behind-the-scenes operations that bring our events to life. Volunteers in this role help with audio setup, microphones, sound checks, video recording, live streaming, lighting, presentation slides, and other technical or media-related needs.
Information & Registration Team
Support our front-line communication efforts by managing check-in, distributing event materials, and answering questions. Help attendees feel informed, organized, and ready to engage.
Hospitality & Welcome Team
Be the first friendly face guests encounter! Greet attendees with warmth, provide directions, offer programs or materials, and make sure everyone feels valued from the moment they arrive.
First Aid & Wellness Volunteer
Provide non-invasive support to ensure the well-being of guests throughout the event. This role includes being a calm presence for minor wellness needs, hydration, rest assistance, and general support for guests who may feel unwell. Medical professionals, nurses, EMTs, and trained individuals are warmly welcomed, though clinical duties are not required. Your presence helps us respond with care and confidence.
Crowd Management & Safety Team
Help create a secure and smooth experience for all attendees. Volunteers in this role assist with general safety monitoring, guiding foot traffic, managing entry and exit flow, and directing parking. You’ll serve as a visible support to both staff and guests—ensuring everyone feels safe, seen, and well-supported throughout the event.
Live Musicians, Singers & Dancers
Use your gifts in music and sound to create an atmosphere of inspiration and connection. Whether you're playing, singing, or mixing live sound, your role enhances the atmosphere of the event.
Sign Language Interpreter Volunteer
Provide inclusive communication support for Deaf and hard-of-hearing guests by interpreting spoken content into American Sign Language (ASL) during events. This role ensures all attendees can fully participate and engage in the experience. Volunteers should have ASL proficiency or interpreting experience. Your service helps create a welcoming and accessible environment for all.
