Thank you for supporting Legacy Leaver Foundation International, Inc! Each item in our store is made to order, which means we are unable to accept traditional returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues with your order.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Change of mind
Because all products are custom-made, returned items cannot be resold. Please double-check product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
We will only accept returns or issue refunds if the item:

Arrives damaged

Is defective

Is incorrect or mislabeled
If any of the above applies, contact us at support@LLFI.org within 7 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the nature of the issue.
Refunds Are Issued If:

You ordered the wrong size or color

You changed your mind after placing the order

The item was delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

After reviewing your claim, we will either send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges for Size, Color or Labeling Issues
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections. Please refer to the size chart in each product description before placing your order.
However, if you received a product with a labeling error (e.g., the tag says Medium but the item fits like Small), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you.
If tracking shows the item as Delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Refund Timeframe
Once your refund is approved:
