These terms outline the expectations, responsibilities, and conditions for individuals attending or participating in events hosted by Legacy Leaver Foundation International, Inc. (LLFI).

By registering for or participating in any event hosted by Legacy Leaver Foundation International, Inc, (LLFI), you agree to abide by the following terms:
Registration
Attendance may require prior registration. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
Participation
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with our community values.
Changes/Cancellations Policy
We reserve the right to modify event details or cancel an event at our discretion. Registered participants will be notified accordingly.
Code of Conduct policy
To ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants, Legacy Leaver Foundation International, Inc. (“LLFI”) has established the following Code of Conduct. By registering for or participating in any LLFI-hosted or affiliated event, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct at all times.
1. Respectful Behavior
All attendees, volunteers, speakers, vendors, and staff are expected to treat one another with kindness, dignity, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior of any kind based on race, gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, national origin, or any other protected status will not be tolerated.
2. Safe Environment
Participants must contribute to a safe and supportive atmosphere. This includes:

Refraining from any acts of violence, threats, or aggressive behavior.

Respecting personal boundaries and space. Following all safety instructions provided by organizers or venue staff.
3. Appropriate Language and Content
Whether participating in-person or online, please use inclusive and family-friendly language. Avoid using profanity, slurs, or offensive remarks. Content shared, displayed, or discussed must be appropriate for a diverse audience.
4. Dress Code
LLFI events are community- and family-oriented, and we embrace a “come as you are” culture that welcomes authentic self-expression. We simply ask that attire remains respectful of the shared space. Clothing with offensive language, violent imagery, hate symbols, or inappropriate graphics is not permitted.
5. Alcohol, Drugs, and Prohibited Substances
This is a substance-free event. The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol, illegal drugs, or unauthorized substances is strictly prohibited on event premises. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event and potential involvement of local authorities.
6. Photography and Media Use
By attending, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur during the event. Please be respectful when capturing or sharing content. If a fellow participant requests not to be photographed or recorded, honor that request.
7. Respect for Property
Treat the event venue and property with care. Vandalism, theft, or intentional damage to property—whether personal or organizational—may result in removal from the event and potential legal action.
8. Compliance with Event Staff and Security
Follow all directions from event organizers, security personnel, and volunteers. Failure to cooperate may result in removal from the event.
9. Reporting Misconduct
If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, we urge you to report it immediately to an LLFI staff member or designated event contact. All concerns will be handled with discretion and care.
Consequences of Violation:
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in:

Verbal warnings

Removal from the event without refund

Ban from future LLFI events or programs

Notification to local authorities, if necessary
Minors
Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian unless otherwise stated.
Acknowledgment
By completing registration and participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to this Code of Conduct. LLFI reserves the right to amend this Code at any time for the safety and well-being of the community.
Event Disclaimer
Participation in events hosted, sponsored, or organized by Legacy Leaver Foundation International Inc,also referred to as ("LLFI") is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. While we strive to create safe, inclusive, and enriching experiences, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or control all circumstances related to the event experience.

No Guarantees of Outcome
Our events are designed to provide educational, inspirational, and community-building opportunities. However, we make no representations or warranties regarding the achievement of personal, professional, spiritual, or relational goals. Any results or benefits discussed in event materials or by facilitators are examples only and not promises of success.
Third-Party Involvement
Some events may include contributions from third-party speakers, vendors, performers, or facilitators. While we aim to work with reputable individuals and organizations, "LLFI" does not endorse or assume liability for the actions, advice, services, or claims of any third parties. Any transactions or interactions between attendees and third-party participants are solely between those parties.
Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for maintaining their own health and safety throughout the duration of the event. This includes adhering to any health protocols, safety rules, or guidance provided by staff, local authorities, or the venue. In cases of emergency, participants should follow proper procedures and notify event personnel immediately.
If an event includes physical activity, travel, or outdoor elements, participants should consult their healthcare provider in advance to ensure it is safe for them to participate.
Assumption of Risk
By registering for or attending any of our events, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with participation. This may include, but is not limited to, physical activity, environmental conditions, interpersonal interaction, or the emotional nature of certain content. You agree that Legacy Leaver Foundation International, Inc., its officers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience that may arise during or as a result of your attendance.
Photo & Media Release Policy
By attending an event hosted, sponsored, or facilitated by Legacy Leaver Foundation International Inc., ("LLFI"), you acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, and/or audio recording may occur during the course of the event.

Consent to Use Media
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing prior to the event, you grant Legacy Leaver Foundation International Inc., ("LLFI") and its authorized representatives the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to use photographs, video footage, or audio recordings of you taken during the event. These materials may be used in a variety of formats and media, including but not limited to:

Promotional and marketing materials

Social media posts
-
Educational presentations
-
Fundraising campaigns

Archival documentation
-
Press releases and organizational reporting
This consent includes the right to edit, reproduce, publish, broadcast, or distribute the media in any manner deemed appropriate by Legacy Leaver Foundation International Inc., ("LLFI"), without the need for further approval.
Opting Out
We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to appear in any event-related media, you must notify us in writing prior to the event by emailing support@LLFI.org or responding through the event registration form (if applicable).
Additionally, please inform an event staff member or designated representative upon arrival so we can do our best to accommodate your request. While we make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests, please understand that it may not be possible to fully exclude individuals from wide-angle or crowd shots in public settings.
Minors and Legal Guardians
For participants under the age of 18, consent must be granted by a parent or legal guardian. Media captured that includes minors will not be used in identifiable promotional content without express written consent from the parent or guardian, unless the minor appears only incidentally in large group settings.
